His professional manner in explaining the situation and offering me recommendations to avoid future battery difficulties was much appreciated. Later I needed a local quick hauling job for an old car I was getting rid of and I called again. They had no problem loading and strapping the truck down carefully. The service is definitely well trained for many types of situations, whether it's a simple jump in battery or hauling a vehicle across town. And the paperwork was simple, too. What I enjoyed most about them was that they were reliable, they were on time and I never felt pressured. It is nice to know that there is a reliable team that can be there anytime something goes wrong on the road. I already have their number bookmarked for emergencies such as auto lockouts or even special vehicle towing.
